Started the Jump Start today. My bloating and heartburn have been back BIG time this week. :-( I think this will help. I also forget how much my whole family loves the Flat Belly recipes in the cookbook. I'm baaaaack and hoping to finish the summer on this eating plan and shedding these unwanted pounds in the process!

Hi, I am a newbie. Just got all the food for the 4 day jump start. Can't wait to start Monday. Just wondering how would I bring that much sassy water to work or would the smoothies hold up from the night before. Any advice?

So are you still using the FBD and did it help you? I am on week 3 in the pocket guide and loving the difference in my energy/emotions. I lost ten pounds so far and haven't even started exercise. Figured to try using the Sparkpeople app on my kindlefire to track it.

Did you see the author on "The Doctors" show? She is now editor for Readers Digest and plugging her new book "The Digest Diet" coming out next month. Wonder if they start a new team or join this one. Wonder if the diets are the same.

Hi..it's SuperBowl Sunday. I went and got all my stuff for the 4 day antibloat jumpstart. I'm wondering about the smoothie though. I can't really make a smoothie at work so I made it up this evening and stuck it in the freezer. By snack time tomorrow, I'm hoping it's defrosted. I was on the HCG diet but after 1 week and following it religiously, I didn't lose 1 lb. plus I don't like the fact, you really can't exercise otherwise you might pass out. That Sassy water really smells great! Let me know how your first day goes!

Purchased all my food for the jump start today so I will begin tomorrow. I am going to make my Sassy water before I go to bed.

Hi, I'ma newbie to this team myself. Did you know if you go to Amazon, you can download Kindle software for your computer for free? I purchased a copy of The Spark for the Kindle for $1.99! I also have a paperback copy, but for those on tight budgets, the Kindle way seems to be a bargain!

Thanks...I'm anxious to get started but decided I should wait to do it when I have the book in my hands. I'm waiting for them to be sent to my local library...hopefully I'll be able to get it on Monday...

I did a bunch of research online and have a lot of information but I am thinking maybe the book has some info I'm not getting online...
