I've got BIG goals this month, and am changing things up. I'm gonna be hitting P90X HARD (working it around my running), diet and all, and am shooting for a ROCKIN' HARD body! LOL

Running goal: 100 miles
Cycling: 30 miles
P90X ST workouts: 8
BodyPump: 4
Ab Ripper X: 12
Maybe a few other things in there too, but that's what I'm shooting for, for now!

I've got BIG goals this month, and am changing things up. I'm gonna be hitting P90X HARD (working it around my running), diet and all, and am shooting for a ROCKIN' HARD body! LOL
