Good morning everybody! Long time no see, been gone for awhile and now,,,it's good to be back! I went on a 3 mile power walk up and down the mountain side, man was it great!

What else do you have to do? Lifes to short!

Happy Monday to you! Did you all have a great weekend? I danced the night away Saturday night (closed the place down at 4am) and spent all day yesterday groaning when I walked..lol. Found out dancing is great cardio and evidently core exercise. emoticon

So today's challenge is to WORK YOUR LEGS. Great ways to do this are:

*Lunges
*Jumping Jacks
*Squats
*Kickboxing
*Jogging
*Bicycling
*Rollerblading
*Step class, DVD, or stair stepper
*Power walking

How will you work your legs today? I shall be reminding my feet whose boss on the treadmill. emoticon
