Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to EXERCISE. You can choose strength training, cardio, or a combination of both. The intensity and duration are being left up to you.
This challenge can be as easy as a walk at lunchtime, or an intense workout class at your gym.

Feel free to check back in later with an exercise update. You can do it!

There will be no challenges over the weekend so I would like to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day!
