Happy Tuesday to you! I apologize for no challenge yesterday. My challenge yesterday was survival..lol. No sleep all weekend and a sick baby = one bleary eyed Sparker.


Your challenge today is to MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR DOWN TIMES. How many times throughout the day are you waiting for something? You wait for the coffee to brew. You wait in line at the post office. You wait for the commercials to end so your show will resume.

Here are some examples:
WHILE IN TRAFFIC:

*Clench your buttocks muscles and count to 15. Release. Continue 3 reps

WHILE WAITING IN LINE:
*Do half raises

WHILE WAITING FOR COMMERCIALS TO GET OVER:
*Do crunches, plank, and push-ups

WHILE BRUSHING YOUR TEETH:
*Do trunk twists

Make the most of your down moments throughout the day. Take the stairs, park your car further out, kick the ball around with the kids, and GET MORE TONE WHILE DOING IT!
