Your challenge today is to HAVE TWO HEALTHY SNACKS. Eating small meals throughout the day keeps your energy levels higher, and prevents you from hitting those "slumps". Having meals/snacks that are well-balanced and full of fiber, will also help you avoid binging on unhealthy foods.
