Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to REST & RELAX FOR 30 MINUTES. Calm your thoughts. Throw away the stress. Concentrate on relaxation. Great ways to do this can be:

*Meditation/Prayer
*Reading
*Have a cup/glass of your favorite beverage and just sit
*Take a nap
*Go for a leisurely walk
*Sit on your porch and listen to nature
*Close your eyes and listen to classical or music that soothes

The idea is to not be bothered by: television, computers, phones, screaming munchkins, etc. Take just 30 minutes out of your day to RELAX and calm your body. Life can be stressful. Take time away from it for 30 minutes today.
