Your challenge today is to DO 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Great ways to do this are:

*Go for a walk with the family pet, a co-worker, or with your headset playing an audio book
*Take a gym class
*Go for a jog or bike ride
*Do some gardening

Whatever you decide to do today, HAVE FUN!
