Well, my sh!t's still not together, but I'm doing better otherwise. :) My goal now, is to drop at least a pound per week, more hopefully, while I work on getting my eating under control... my new motto for now is "Will this get me closer to my goal?"

Getting my food under control. I am working to get rid of the junk I have allowed to get back in my life. Next will be getting back in the pool and then the treadmill. I am nursing a messed up lcl and mcl right now.

Right now, after some major stressors that came so fast and furious recently, and as a result I medicated myself with food and gained a ton of weight after doing so well for most of this year ... my goal is to just get my sh!t back together, re-take control and get back in the weight loss groove.
