I'm thinking I need to get more protein into my meals.......... even perhaps having a protein shake with a meal, instead of a soup. Some of them are full of rubbish - I need to do some research..........
I've ordered some vegan protein shake powder on-line, and a box of Nak'd bars which make good additions to any meal - dates, nuts, cocoa.
