Loved this idea, but I doubt his suggestion about a diet score would work because just think of how many companies and persons touting their miracle diet would be found out!

I also agree that, if a person is miserable with all the diet rules they have to follow, they won't be able to keep it up for long term.

When I finally agreed to maintain the diet for the rest of my life it became easier & even pleasant. Lots of great compliant dishes, & I've learned to adapt regular recipies to Paleo.

The link to this article was posted by OOHLALA on the No S website, and I thought it was so pertinent, I've posted the link here too!

Here's a quote from it:

"If you don't like the life you're living while you're losing weight you're almost certainly going to gain it back"
