Up early, ready to rock 'n' roll, went to Curves but because it's Saturday they weren't open yet. Went to the 8:15 Jazzercise class only to find that it had been cancelled. Yipes! Went back home, walked down the street to Curves again since I knew they would now be open.

I go to Curves, and I'm starting week 11 of their 12 week diet. I have to work out as well as diet, and I have to build muscle. Today is a holiday and Curves is closed, so I did Nordic Walking, which works my arms as well as my legs.
