This is a challenge that was done before.

The daily plan is:

Deep Breathing - to rid your head of cobwebs
Chair Pose - to stand on while cleaning those high places
Triceps Extensions (20) - to reach and clean every nook and cranny
Table Tilt (1 beg and 1 adv, if not unlocked yet, do beg. 2x) - polish that table top to a sheen
Aerobics (Free Step or Run or Free bike, you decide style and duration - alternating each day is my plan) - nothing like a dash through the house
Sun Salutation - to stretch after the aerobics and give salute to the sun that is warming
