I swear by Lose It, the free mobile app. Help you count calories and find the right calorie range for you. And you can join a variety of challenges and unlock achievements. It is easy to use and simply. I wish I had kept it up over the holidays.

I am going to start reading Savor: Mindfulness, Mindful Eating by Thich Nhat Hanh and Dr. Lilian Cheung soon! Will post an update when I'm done. I have another book or two to finish first, so it may be a while :) (Sorry, I tend to read about 3 books at a time LOL)

The Beck Diet Solution is a book I got and started reading long ago - I never finished it, but it did have some GREAT tips in it about developing better habits. It's based on cognitive behavioral therapy - good stuff!
