kitchen aid, Cuisinart, cheese slicer, stir fry spoons. healthy snacks,

1)Replace mayo with hummus and avocado
2)Replace pesto and cheese with fresh salsa
3)Downgrade to 2% or skim milk or soy
4)Replace rice and pastas with bulgur and quinoa
5)Lean meat, poultry and seafood
6)Frozen fruits for smoothies
7)Tortilla and flat whole grain sandwish bread
8)Lots of veggies
