Good morning.

I had 3/4 cup of Fiber One with 1/2 cup ff milk.
Coffee with abt 1/4 cup milk. Saving fruit for after church.

I had breakfast this morning the same as every morning. It's a tasty mix of four kinds of cereal and soy milk. I added some strawberries today.

I have the same breakfast every day, and I like it. It's one fourth cup each of Cheerios, Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran, and Fiber One. I eat it with vanilla-flavored soy milk. Delish!!

My breakfast pretty much everyday is an english muffin w/ 1 Tbsp grape jelly and a can of diet pepsi. If I'm really hungry I'll eat a banana or grapes or other piece of fruit. I'm not a big breakfast lover but I have to eat something about 1 hour after I wake up (no sooner or I'll get nauseous!)

Since I've started on Spark, my weekday breakfast is the same every morning. One hard boiled egg- just the white. And one piece of Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Grain & Seed Toast, with a half pat of butter. Weekends I throw in some fruit or make an omlet instead of a hard boiled egg.

I like this one too!

I admit I never used to eat breakfast. Then we moved and there was a Dunkin Donuts on our way to work so I would get on of their sandwiches or flatbreads. OUCH!

Well Now I get an iced coffee with SKIM milk and I do admit to sugar too. Their new flatbreads are under 300 calories and are great in a pinch but I've been trying to save and eat a bowl of Special K or cheerio's- in the right portion of course!

This morning I did have a veggie flatbread and homemade iced tea.

I can tell you I'll complete this challenge. :)

My daughter and I eat breakfast together every morning. Normally we have oat bran hot cereal with blueberries and milk. Sometimes to mix it up we have cream of wheat, cold cereal, french toast or pancakes. Always with blueberries, though. :)

Ok so we know we need to eat breakfast...a good healthy one every day right? But do we do it? Most of us no..so your challenge this month if you so chose to take it on is to eat breakfast every day
