Attention all walker and hikers we all know we love the outdoors whether it's being with family, friends or just taking that time be alone or even if your on vacation. We all take the time to walk and maybe even take an adventure out to hike. So to all my walkers and hikers (mountain climbers included) here is what I want you to do for the month of July.
Starting July 7 Saturday ending July 31st you are going to grab your back pack, fannie bag or whatever you use and go for it. I will tally up the hikers and walkers totals at the end of the month to see which team completed the most miles within the month and which team loses the most weight combined. The team with the with the most miles will receive a goodie medal and a shout out in a announcement for everyone to see.
6- 8lbs down by the end of the month. Normally we can lose up to 1.5 - 2 lbs a week.
Post your weight loss at the end of the month
REMEMBER this is a Walker vs Hiker challenge so please put down whether you are a walker/runner or a hiker/mountain climber.
This is the format:
Walker
7/8/12
1 mile
8 glasses of water
2 fruits
2 veggies
7/9/12
1 mile
8 glasses of water
2 fruits
2 veggies
WK1 total miles = 2 miles
and so on
Challenge ends July 31st so post your weight loss in the weight loss thread by the end of the month with the challenge name.
