I would like to join in on this challenge. I have lost and kept off almost 40 lbs for three years but I need some incentive to get moving on this last 50!! A challenge like this is just what I need.

I've written out my goals in my planner, including current weight ( 205), basal metabolic rate, calories per day for a 1lb. per week weight loss, and exercise ( not just for weight loss but also to help prevent depression---Did you know that exercise is as good as medication for depression? And they have a dose---8 calories of aerobic exercise per lb. of weight!)

Since I had foot surgery a year ago my exercise is going to have to be non-weight bearing but I now have an exercise bike!!

Let us go!!! We all can do it!!!!! Bring on the New Year and new us!!! If we drink this emoticon (water) instead this emoticon (soda, beer, etc.) And we eat our emoticon and emoticon instead of emoticon and emoticon and stay emoticon active instead of being a couch emoticon then we will all be successful at some level. Whether it is NSV's or weight loss or just feeling better about our selves! They are all positives that we should work towards. Happy New Year everyone!!

Remember that every minute can be a new beginning not just new year. Now I plan to use the SPtools especially the reports at end of day, like the differential report. Remember you have to have a deficit of 500 calories everyday to lose one pound a week. So use this report and jump to exercise the remaining calories. You can do this. Keep your methods fun and joyful not as a chore and you will enjoy the process so much more. God bless you as you take life to really living and enjoying yourself and those around you. I'm looking forward to this challenge. I'm still finding my way around the web site but hope finding this challenge will be the motivation that I need to continue to loss. The first 10 pounds came off rather easy now it's time for more dedication to the end goal.

Count me in, I need a lot of help I am 150 pounds over wieght and am getting really depressed about it. I hope that this will get me headed in the right direction. I have a gym membership but never go, with this challenge I will also challenge myself to go 3 times a week.

Thanks for the invite! I'm in and I'm telling a friends! The more the merrier! I can't believe it but I actually lost five (5) lbs over the holidays! I really don't know how I did it! I was sure I gained! I want to keep it going!!

I am sorry didn't get involved sooner, could offer a bunch of excuses like my e mail and spark weren't agreeing on things or I've been traveling for the last three months but I won't. You can do it. Decide to, and you can. Choose a form of exercise and time of day that that works for you. Decide to, AND YOU CAN!!! I've lost 36 lbs since Mother's Day 2012, and if I can do it, so CAN YOU!!
