My mini-goal is to make it into the 170's by Dec. 31 and I think I'm going to get there. The next 2 weeks will be difficult but I'm going to try not to go too crazy. I want to lose weight these next two weeks, not maintain. We're getting together with my sister's family for Chanukah this weekend, so there will be latkes and doughnuts, but I'm going to try to stick to 2 latkes and 1 doughnut and plan my calories for the day around that. Wish me luck! It's so much easier for me not to eat this stuff at all then to try to eat just ONE homemade doughnut.
Anyway, everyone on this team is ahead of the game because everyone else is waiting for New Year's to make their commitments, and we've already committed! Even if these next couple of weeks are tough, we know that it's just a blip, right?
