The goal which should begin Jan 30 - March 3 in order to have 5 full weeks, is to see how many of the 5 weeks you can get in 4 curves workouts and 2 days of 10,000 steps per week.
(Zumba days count as a curves workout) post how ever you want but post a smile face when you hit the goal for the week. Good Luck !!
