What are your goals for Sep ?
Now that summer is over (It's always a distraction)lol

Curves theme for Sep is " No Limits " So what are you going to pledge to do this month to push yourself beyond your limits.

I am pledging to do no less than 40 minutes a day of activity or 280 minutes a week of exercise beyond the normal house cleaning and gardening and walking at work ( I do 7000-9000 steps while I'm at work).
