Hmm. My mind always seems to go to food. I'd like a challenge that involves trying out a new SparkRecipe and then reporting here what it was, why it was chosen, how it turned out, how likely it is to be used again, and so on.

Maybe you could work this into an interesting challenge for us, NOLE0105.

Here are a few lifestyle challenges that could be used sometime:
Eat Breakfast Every Morning
Exercise for 30 minutes a day
Take 10 minutes to relax each day

I love that idea BOXERSOUL! It will be a great challenge to do after I've done one or two. I want to get more people involved so I want to start out simple. Since I am new to this whole Team Leader thing, I'm not sure what type of challenge people will respond to. I definitely love your idea and will use it! emoticon

I've seen lots of fun challenges from really difficult, to really simple -

Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Do something active for 15 minutes each day
Eat 3 servings of vegetables each day
No fast food or No eating out
No soda/pop/sugary beverages

But, I'm really competitive and I like to make it fun and unique (I get bored easily) -
Make a different challenge everyday for the whole challenge:
Monday - drink 8 glasses of water, for every non-water beverage you add 2 glasses of H2O
Tuesday - give 5 people a compliment
Wednesday - take the stairs everywhere you go - no elevators or escalators
Thursday - cut out all starchy carbs (only veggies, protein, and fruits)
Friday - park the farthest away from your destination that you can and walk (within reason - be safe and smart)
Saturday - get at least 20 minutes of cardio
Sunday - pre-make a healthy lunch for Monday and Tuesday

I know it might be tough to keep track of what to do each day, but if you print it out and keep it in your purse or wallet, or you make a note in your phone you should be good to go.
