I was in west Texas last week here are a few of the workout we did:
Hiking, 5 miles
Hiking, 8 miles
Chopping firewood with an axe, 20 minutes (trying to!)
Hiking, 3 miles
Hiking, 5 miles

Workout 1- 45 minutes, power grocery shopping

3/11 - So Workout 1 is kinda lame, I'll admit it. But, I didn't get out of the grocery store until 7:45p and I hadn't eaten. I'm not going to say my heartbeat was super high, but I made sure to go down every aisle whether I needed anything or not. I also made sure to not stop and dilly-dally too much. Tonight I'm going to try out an app I downloaded last night. I'll let you know how I like it!

3/10 - I'm in! Been a while since I've been on, but back on the horse, as they say. My fitness may occur while making dinner and lunch for tomorrow, but so be it! :) Will post/edit my message tomorrow. :)

Can I suggest we edit our post each day, so that we don't have so many replies?

Workout 1- 91 minutes - 36 cardio and the rest ST.
Workout 2- 45 minues - a great walk in the beautiful weather!
Workout 3- 82 minutes - 37 cardio (elliptical) and the rest ST
Workout 4- 30 Minutes Cardio - a beautiful walk!
Workout 5- 97 Minutes - 37 cardio and the rest ST.

I'm really proud of my minutes this week!!

This challenge is going to be a FITNESS challenge. Most people are super busy and don't have a lot of time to get a workout in...well, that's going to be a part of the challenge. For this challenge, I think we should exercise at least 5 times this week for at least 30 mins. However you want to fill that time is up to you, whether it's all cardio or all strength or a mixture, you decide! Post your results here.

Workout 4- duration, type
Workout 5- duration, type
