6 hours deep cleaning the master bath, including reorganizing all the cabinets and drawers. Long walk with the family around the neighborhood.

On day 26 of Skinny Jeans Challenge. Today is cardio. I am shooting for 7000 steps today as I have done well over 10000 the past few days and I am VERY TIRED.

I have continued my walks and the Skinny Jeans Challenge. Increased the distance for my morning walk this morning. AND I comfortably wore those jeans this past weekend I was working to get into. emoticon emoticon

I am at church camp meeting all week. 30 min walk around camp grounds and many smaller walks between meetings. Lots of stairs and steps around campus.

Oh my! I went to my regular gym program for 30 minutes this morning. Then walked a track for an hour with a friend. Then we decided to do an hour of aerobics/ strength exercise with a class at another gym!

Yesterday: managed to get 2 walks in and over 7000 steps despite being on the road most of the day.

Today: exercise bike - cardio. Plan to walk later, when it cools off some.

I started the skinny jeans challenge and will be doing those routines each day for this month. Yesterday I got over 10000 steps and got some time on the exercise bike. My body is aching, but it is getting stronger.

I have been doing quite a bit of heavy cleaning today as well. There is more waiting for me and I hope to get back at it later today. I walked once today and will either walk again or ride the exercise bike later.

That's my motto this month: Keep Moving!

Yesterday I pushed a lawn mower around our yard for 2 hours moving at good pace.

Today I worked out at the gym for 30 minutes doing pull ups, squats, steps, and rowing. Then hopped on the treadmill for a 17 minute mile walk.

I increased my steps yesterday to 6000 / day, I am trying to walk for cardio at least 15 mins. 2 times per day, 5 days per week, and I am adding increased effort to get strength training in 2 days per week.

5/1: walked twice, totaling 75 mins,
Steps: 7880
