What a wonderful idea! I love the rustic look of it, the readily available materials and the "gardening in a small space" ideas. Very cool!

thanks, we have 3 wood pallets and my husband said just the other day he was wondering what he could make from them. Now I can show him.

I have a friend that made a chicken coop out of wood from pallets. It's actually pretty cute and makes a great use of the wood.

Here's a link to things that can be done with pallets

Great Idea ~ know just the place to pick a pallet. I wonder how heavy it is? The empty pallet I am thinking of snafooing is one that holds lumber for the condo construction across the street from me!

That really is cool!! It would make a lovely herb garden if there is enough sunlight.

I thought this was a great idea, primarily for balconies but it could be utilised for against a fence etc
