Ok Here is my Info Sheet for this week... please let me know if I'm doing this wrong!!
Goals:
Yearly: To Run a 10K (and if i'm really ambitious to do it in under 50 min)
Monthly: To Exercise at least 4 - 5 Times a Week; to Officially Quit Smoking
Weekly: To Not Smoke, and to avoid all Fast Food (unless it's a healthy option)

We can't slack on our jobs because of our challenge. This "program" (losing weight and being healthy) can't be an all or nothing. That's part of your job and I don't think you should have to measure. I think for you it should be any ADDITIONAL sweets.

What does everyone else think?

NO sweets, I teach cake decorating, I have to sample from time to time, trust me I am sick of this stuff, but I still have to at least put a minuscule amount on the tip of my tongue for texture and taste. Since this is job related (and honestly most does come back out like at a wine tasting) as long as I don't absorb more than 1/2 tsp, can that slide?
