Tuesday, July 15 -- 80 seconds (split to 40 sec 2 reps)
Wednesday, July 16 -- 85 seconds (2 @ 40 & 45 secs)
Thursday, July 17 -- 90 secondes (2 @ 60 & 30)
Friday, July 18 -- 95 secs (2 @ 60 & 35)
Saturday, July 19 -- 100 (50 N 50)
Sunday, July 20 -- 105 sec (60 & 45)

Today I did the unbelievable I did a plank.... emoticon I'm so stoked I've never been able to do a plank regular or modified so today I'm working on a new Dvd and decided I would give it a shot and I did it and held it 22 secs.... emoticon

So I decided I'm going to do this plank challenge

this sounds great -- I'm curreintly in an ab challenge that has planks included ... I will post my planks as done every day from the challenge. I'm currently doing them on my forearms. Todays challenge was for 70 seconds I had to drop twice ugh .. but got right back up ..

Hello team! This thread is for anyone wanting to join me for the planking challenge. We start on Monday, July 14....get ready!

Please post and tell us what kind of planks you'll be doing, and for how many seconds for Week One. I will be starting with 30 seconds because I've already been doing 20 seconds for two weeks on another team. But you can start wherever you like. Even just 5 seconds or so if thats all you can do to start. Stick with it and you'll get stronger!
