I just finished week 2 of The 8-Week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge and week 1 of The 5K Walking Challenge. Challenges keep me motivated. I have had a cold and lots of coughing for four weeks, so very worn out but these challenges keep moving, doing something.

In May - I'm moving me! I took the day off today - it was weigh in day. But from now until next weigh in - June 2 - I'm going to move for at least 10,000 steps per day.

Every day is a great day - especially if Snowy gets to go walking!
