Sorry it's taken me so long to reply Debb! You just stir it up and it's good to go. No need to whip it.
Last night I tried it without the cocoa powder. Stirred it up, but it in the freezer for about 20 minutes (because I'm impatient haha) and it started going a bit hard, and tasted JUST like ice cream! I can't believe how amazing it is. Whipped/heavy/double cream is the best!

That sounds good. I put powdered sugar free jello into cream cheese and it is a good dessert. I also sometimes but the melted unsweetened Bakers chocolate into cream cheese with some splenda and it is really good too.

I tried making my own crustless cream cheese pie. I use 1 to 2 oz. cream cheese, a few drops of lemon juice and a few drops of vanilla and 1 packet of Splenda. Stir together with a fork to combine & make it sort of fluffy, and enjoy!

Mine you just stir to finish melting the chocolate. It sort of thickens its self.

Does anyone know if you only stir this, or if it needs whipping first, before being put into the fridge?

Thanks,
Debb

You know last night I was craving something and I took 1/2 square of bakers unsweetened chocolate and put about 3 Tbs of heavy cream (not whipped) over it and put it in the microwive for about 1 minute and then added about 1 ts of splenda and stirred it up really well until the chocolate was all melted. I am sure that if I cooled it down it would have been just like fudge or milk chocolate or whatever. But I ate it warm and it was so chocolatey. Yumm! Same thing just 2 carbs.

I discovered this kind of by accident on Monday, and it is literally sooooo good I can't believe it.

The amounts you use will depend on how much you want, but these amounts were enough to satisfy my craving for chocolate.

Use about 35g whipping cream (about 4 tbsps), 1g Splenda (1 tbsp) and 4g unsweetened cocoa powder (1 tbsp). Mix it all up really well, and put in the fridge for about half an hour. Somehow, it tunrs in a light, fluffy type mousse!

Soooooo delicious. And only 2g carbs!
