When I'm at the office (dry and cold), I use Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation, I love it as it blend well with my skin, natural-looking not suspiciously too perfect. And combine it with Bobbi Brown Hydrating Cream. I think my skin can be quite dry in the office but a little bit oily at the sides of my nose. But outside or at home, where our climate is tropic (lots of sun or rain), my skin is pretty much normal, maybe dry-combination.

Do you see any oil on your face? I would say you're probably dry. Lancome has a great moisturizer called High Resolution. It's for all skin types, ages late twenties to 40ish. If you don't like that, Clarins has incredible skincare, as well. Try an oil-based liquid foundation. Chanel's make up is excellent, as is Estee Lauder's. Lauder has liquid minerals called Nutritious.

Wow, selling like crazy?!! Must be quite very good products! So far, I only found powder mineral foundation, haven't found liquid nor other type like eye shadow, etc. I much prefer liquid as I always use makeup in dry, cold environment (office) so I need hydrating one. Perhaps it's best to use combine extra hydrating moistuizer together with the powder mineal foundation :D

Hey guys! I'm a cosmetics counter manager and make-up artist and I can tell you I sell minerals like crazy!! I love them. They're buildable so you can go from a very natural look to full coverage and either way they give a flawless finish.

I really like the elf brand mineral makeup. It is only $5 and around here they sell it at Kmart, Target and eyeslipsface.com. There is a lot more variety online of course.

I use an Oriflame brand mineral concealer, just under my eyes and around problem areas, and I have to say I'm SERIOUSLY impressed. My skin normally can't tolerate any sort of liquid make up like that, but it loved the MC!

Just because you have been through the rain of life doesn't mean I have to walk around in wet clothes forever; there is a warm towel, a big hug, and a mug of low fat cocoa waiting for you somewhere!

This is good to know. Bareminerals can get pretty costly!

I've tried both Bareminerals (luckily I got it for free when my friend did like it...she felt naked without her liquid) and CoverGirl's new mineral makeup. I like both, they both cover the same, feel breathable but still even out my skin tone. If you are looking for cheaper versions anything I have read has said that the drug stores brands are still quality and you will get pretty much the same thing.

The only thing I don't really like is that I am pale and the CoverGirl pale makeup is a little too dark for me to wear in the winter. However, I did read that you should ALWAYS err on the darker side with mineral makeup b/c anything paler will make you look ashy and washed out.

I love Bare Minerals! My skin can breath. It couldn't when I was using liquid foundation.

No one is perfect. Even if they think they are.
