Today, I did 3-min jump rope as warm up before my lower body exercises. 5 rounds of 10 Normal, 10 Side-to-Side, 10 Jump Jack, 10 Jump Split, 10 Normal.

so, for this challenge, balance 50x for each goal :D

From Nov 3rd to 30th, you have 28 days to accomplish these:
Goal #1: Jump rope side-to-side 100x
Goal #2: Jump rope jumping jack 100x
Goal #3: Jump rope split 100x
