SMQLL_WORLD: I would suggest that you update weekly, it will keep you more accountability.

TOONEH: the goals are your minimum targets for Friday to Saturday, every week. if you do more, that's great!

Hey Jumpers! Happy 2015, I wish everyone feel as young as 15 years old *yeah, that was what I wish for everyone today LOL

Let's us get warm up to this new year, let's us get much better than last year, learned what we did right to improve, learned our mistakes and move forward :D

This month's challenge, your goal is to get total jumps in three days as below:
Fri 2nd - Sun 4th = 250x
Fri 9th - Sun 11th = 500x
Fri 16th - Sun 18th = 750x
Fri 23rd - Sun 25th = 1000x

The idea is to build up momentum as we go on. You can either split the goal numbers throughout Friday to Sunday or do them in one go. My plan is to do interval; fun and adrenaline-rush!
