I agree. My plan is to have this going as a long term with strength challenges on weeks when the cardio is not so hard. Team members can choose to do one or both.
I'm using SC as a guide to finding different things to do. I was going to do Walking the Oregon Trail, but that is 2000 miles and seems like a year long process. I think that we should start with a shorter long term challenge first.
