Strength Challenge 1/181/24

Ok Gay Men! Its time for another strength challenge. This one will be so much simpler than the last one. We are only counting sets. You will count the number of sets you do for strength training track it on your tracker.

The rules

--you may count the number sets you for each exercise
--each body part only counts once during the week
--you may do as many exercises for a body part as you like
--you may do abs three times during the week

Clarity: Sets. Strength training is individual. Some do three sets a the weight; others do three sets at increasing weights; others do sets of ten, some sets of twelve ; others will do sets of various numbers. However you count the set is ok.
