Ok Men, its time to cross South Carolina! Lets get going lets get it working and lets do it. I want all Y’all doing this! I want all Y’all to give it an effort! The more you do: the more you have done! One more step is one more step you have taken. One more minuet of working out is one more minuet you have done! You can do it this! You can !
There is one way to do each phase. One time it will be biking, one time water jogging, one time rowing. That is the challenge. However, knowing that not all gyms have all that same things, I will give one alternative.
Lets begin: lets do it and lets lose some pounds along the way.
Crossing SC: Phase one, Biking
This is a ten-day challenge from Jan 27th—Feb 5th. We are starting at my parents place in Surfside Beach and heading to Eadytown. We are going to take a long route:
Surfside to Georgetown to
Jamestown to
Monk’s Corner (where we will stop and reflect with the monks. We will do some mediation and self-evaluations.) then on to
Eadytown
Total miles 106
You must bike this.
Alternate: walking/running treadmill 2 walking miles = 10 biking miles.
