Ok I'll get this started!

By March 20th. I want to be 12 pounds less. That will put me at 241.

In order to do this I'm going to have to do more cardio, I'm going to have to do more staying within my limits. and I'll need encouragement. This goal will be the end of goal one for me and the start of goal two. Plus. I think my weight loss will soon start to slow down some and I'll have to work harder.

Current weight: 253

I think we need a weight loss challenge.

We’ve heard or said: I want to look good in a swim suit. Well Spring begins March 20, 2009, and it is only a few weeks till summer. What better way to look good at the pool than losing some pounds. Why wait until Summer: let’s attack it now!
