I did Day 5 of the boot camp workout. It is the one using the stability ball and focusing on legs and buttocks.

This is a challenging workout, and I'll do it again. It uses the stability ball, which is now my favorite tool for exercise.

I had to do it this morning because I meandered through the morning and couldn't get to the gym. So this was a good plan B.

No its not a dirty challenge, I know how you think.

We've done this before, and we are going to do it again, for the next five days. This will buy me time to get the next phase of the challenge worked out. I don't want to be crazy like the last one. And I'd like some more participation.

on Spark people, Coach Nicole has created some work out videos, for us, for free. WE can use these videos to augment our work out; they can be fun; they can be good for us.

Here is the challenge: watch and do a video, then tell us which one you did and what you thought about it.

if you feel like the video was good and you couldn't do it, tell us that and why you couldn't do it. For example that jump start your day video. Looks like a lot of fun but I will knock over my fish tank if I do it.

there you go! this challenge is only for five days to buy me time. But please participate!
