This is going to be a hard one for me. I hurt my knee last night square dancing and I'm not sure how I will do the cardio. but I'll for it!

Ok Men get ready for the Weekend Challenge! The Combat It Challenge!

Lets all get involved in this one! It is three days long, and it is this weekend! We are going to combat any “mistakes,” “mess ups,” “binges,” “over indulgences” or whatever euphemism used! We are going to combat it while it his happening.

So often I read things like, I’m fine during the week but on the weekends it’s a different story. I know for me, my one free day is on Saturday, and there have been recent Saturdays when I have taken in over 6000 cals—on the one day alone! 6000! Gawd!

So here is what we are going to do! We are going to have three levels of play in two different areas: Cardio and Core, you choose the level that is right for you! You will report your work here in this thread. Good luck

You have Friday the 20th—Sunday the 22nd to complete this! Good luck!

Cardio
Level one: 1500 calories burned by any cardio activity
Level two: 1800 calories burned by any cardio activity
Level three: 2100 calories burned by any cardio activity

Core:
Level one: three 10 minuet core workouts
Level two: two 10 minuet and one 20 min core workouts
Level three: one 10 minuet and two 20 min core workouts

For Cardio, its your choice! Just burn those calories.
For Core you can do any work out you like, sit-ups, stability ball, Yoga (that focuses on core), any of the core videos on Spark, etc. Core involves back, abs, gluts.

Push yourselves! Push and go for it! You can do it!
