March Spark Points Challenge!

Lets look at the standings shall we:

Writing bear is 3rd with 194 points
Gaintrigue is 2nd with 229 points
Brettiowausa is 1st with 359 points.

It may look like the points are spread but who knows how those points were made? telling a buddy? moving from one stage to the next? performing action steps?

Spark points! We earn them when we do things. Track your food, get points. Read an article, watch a video, get points. Track your workouts, get points. Find out how you can gain points: all the while learning more about weight loss, healthy living. There are many ways to gain points, and when you send someone a goodie it doesn’t take away your points—you still have them!

This month we are going to make it a race for the most points! You don’t have to do anything to track it, spark people will do that for you—There is a monthly leader board. All you have to do is go get points!

Let’s see who can break 1000, 1500, 2000 points this month.
