Ok so i'm totally in on this!

for my one thing I need to work on its going to be in two parts: going to bed before 11:30 and waking before 6.

Itís time for a three day challenge.

We need it after that weekend of fun and frivolity. I donít know about you guys but I had a few drinks more than I normally do. And why not? It is a holiday and that is a time for celebration. But we can overcome what we did, and we can start by doing it now, and doing it intensely, for three days. From May 27ó29 we are going to work and work and work.

Here is the challenge:

Eat within your calories. Do not go over, do not go under! Be honest.
Eat within your fat allowance.
Cardio all days
Strength training all days
Fill the Veggies tracker!
Do the yoga video or something like it at least once a day.
Pick one thing you need to work on, and do it each day of the challenge!
