Ok guys we need a challenge, a long term challenge. This one starts July 1 through the 31.

This is a cardio challenge. You will go from Philadelphia to DC. It is about 132 miles. You have 31 days to complete the challenge. How you go about doing the miles is up to you: walk, run, bike, do stair master. You may record any walking you do on a cardio machine or not. You may count miles that you do in other challenges.

This is a get up and move challenge. So get up and move.
