I do most of my carido indoors except for cycling (which I did today because it is over seventy degrees in St. Louis!). I go to the Y five times a week. There is a lot of strength training in the classes I do but I do water aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday, ride a stationary bike for thirty minutes a day Sunday through Thursday and do zumba on Sundays. On Friday and Saturdays I have a workout DVD I like a lot called Walk Away the Pounds which gives me a thirty minute cardio workout. I aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

If you are in a climate were weather stops you from getting outside to do cardio, what do you do? Please share your indoor cardio plans for this upcoming winter.
