I am keeping to my 30 minutes a day of exercise, I have been very busy at work but not getting things done I want to get done, I have remained calm, I am still battling losing a few pounds for the month (I am only weighing myself once a month now), and do not see myself going on a date.

Here's my January Goals:

Fitness Goal: 3 days of weight training/week and 3 days of cardio training/week

Nutrition/Weight Loss Goal: 6 lbs

Relationship Goal: one date

Personal Development Goal: read more

Z (and everyone else)-

Don't be afraid to be specific on your goals for January. It helps to get them out there. How much weight do you want to lose this month? Do you plan to log in your calories every day on sparkpeople.com? Then mid-January, EDIT your post to update the team. At the end of January, give us your results. Maybe there will be team goodies to send to everyone who participates!!!!!

Fitness Goal: exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Nutrition/Weight Loss Goal: lose whatever I gained in these two weeks and a few pounds more

Relationship Goal: go on a date or two

Spiritual Goal: remain a calm demeanor

Personal Development Goal: get more accomplished at work
