I am kicking up my exercise. Maybe too much. I am exercising between one and a half and two and a half hours a day. I am going on an eleven day vacation which includes a bachelor party in New Orleans and seven day cruise. My Ironman triathlete friend will be traveling with me so I hope she can keep me from gaining too much. I would like to lose 8-10 pounds this month. I want to be under 300 pounds by May 31 too. I also want to be more productive at work and get everything off my desk.
