Today is November 1st. I really failed on this challenge because the weather has not cooperated here in the Chicago area. If it wasn't cold, it was rainy over the last two weeks.

What can the challenge be for November/December?

I am in Memphis and Batesville, MS with a group of friends because a dear friend died unexpectedly on Tuesday. I did an hour walking yesterday.

Failure! It was so cold this week that I got NOTHING done outside. uuuuggggghhhhhhhh. I did my inside workouts, but nothing outside. Today I'm participating in a 10K walk (not a run). I'm going to need to dress warm.

I rode my bike for about 45 minutes yesterday and an hour on Friday.

Autumn is a great time of year to get outside for some training. The challenge is to do just that: Get at least ONE day of OUTDOOR activity in your workout routine and tell us what you did each week through the end of October.
