I didn't announce my spring/summer goals, but did get one done. I want to camp each month this summer and got a trip in this past weekend to some hot springs with a good friend. It was great and even worked in a good hike besides the walking around camp I did!

Also joined a gym and started strength training and cardio training for my hopeful 5k later this year.

We are having autumn weather these last few days, but last weekend was amazing and this weekend is supposed to be too. Last weekend, I rode my bike for about three our four hours around town with friends. I plan on riding again this weekend. I have been working out 60-90 minutes a day for the last few weeks. My diet is okay, I am trying to eat better quality foods, more variety, and smaller portions. I am losing slowly but surely and have lost about a pound a week for the past six weeks. At this rate I will be at my goal weight in two years, haha.

When will the weather allow for outdoor activity? It was 40 degrees today on May 1st. MAY!!!!

They are supposed to get more snow in DC on Tuesday. St. Louis weather is not going to be too warm either this week.

One week left for March and the weather is still cold. COLD. It is 16 degrees this morning. Good grief. When will I be able to get outside?

I am hoping my knee heals up but when I get back from DC on 3-24-14, I am going to shoot for at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise per day.

It's March 1st time for Spring (unfortunately it snowed here today where I am).

Use this forum to track your spring goals.

As soon as the snow melts, I plan to get out and run, right now there is still an inch of ice on all the roadways and sidewalks. Maybe I can start to run in April....
