I did a bike ride first thing this morning. About 10 miles. The weather was great!

I went to the mall and walked around for an hour or so, just waiting for time for my movie. I didn't have any plans before it, so I got there pretty early.

Working on becoming a Registered Dietitian and to lose weight to become a better self and a better role model for my (future) clients.

I exercise every day. Last night I even got in some extra steps when I got all the way out to my car in furthest Y parking lot and realized I'd forgotten to pick up my wallet and keys. So I had to make an extra trip back to get them. Instead of grumbling, I celebrated the extra opportunity to move!

Yep, did 11 minute cardio video and 9 minute upper body workout. I have severe arthritis so I'm pretty happy with getting that much in today! Only been back on SP since 1/1.
