I'm definitely a LISS girl. It's proven to work for me until I'm "smaller". Once I lose enough weight I'll throw in some HIIT maybe twice a week to shake things up a bit. (This is what worked for me when I was extremely active on SP in 2007/2008.)

When I'm a larger size, HIIT feels like punishment. LOL I need to take it slow and treat my body with kindness with LISS.

I am a slow and steady kind of gal. I have knee problems so I can't do anything too strenuous. My main form of exercise is walking.

Which one do you prefer?

I've done both, and for me-- It looks like Slow and Steady (LISS) works best for me when I am first starting a program. Doing the HIIT causes me to burn out faster and hurt myself easier, where as taking it slow and steady makes it a bit easier for me to stick with it.
