Water is not a problem for me. I drink tea in the morning and then water the rest of the day. If I don't drink enough I don't feel good. I do drink juice on occasion and I hardly ever drink pop. A 12 pack of pop will last almost a year in my house.

I've always been a water drinker but in the last year or so, I've been craving sugary drinks.

So this thread is to help each other get back to healthy eating. There is more than one way to do this but there is a lot of poor information out there and lots of temptations to just eat junk or worse yet, not eat enough.

This place is to share what you need help with for foods and food choices as well as share what works for you or what you are trying. Articles are always welcome too.
