I am glad you are finding what works for you. I am finding things that don't work, but I guess that is progress.

If my carbs get low, my brain fuzzes out and I start getting lot of migraines.
I love proteins and fats.
If I eat healthy vegan, I start to fall apart (lose strength and brain power).

So I am still working on a plan. I love food, which is probably the root of my issue.

I'm not really into the numbers, but carbs don't seem to work for me. Proteins are good and I don't have a problem with fats.
